Key Responsibilities – Telesales Executive (SME Telecom)
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective SME customers across the UAE
- Promote and sell Etisalat SME products (business mobile plans, internet, and connectivity solutions)
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in CRM
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into successful sales
- Coordinate with the backend team for documentation and order processing
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,200.00 per month
