Hiring: Experienced Real Estate Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the real estate industry and be capable of managing administrative operations efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Real Estate Administrator or in a similar real estate support role.
  • Experience handling property listings, contracts, tenancy agreements, and transaction documentation.
  • Knowledge of real estate CRM systems and property portals.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property listings and updates.
  • Prepare and process real estate documents.
  • Coordinate with agents, clients, landlords, and service providers.
  • Schedule property viewings and appointments.
  • Maintain accurate client and transaction records.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing team.
