Sales Executive Jobs in Dubai at Elevate First Business Pvt. Ltd.

  • Lead Generation: Actively prospect, cold-call, and build a pipeline of mid-sized to enterprise business leads.
  • Consultative Selling: Understand potential clients’ financial pain points (e.g., tax inefficiencies, audit anxieties, poor bookkeeping) and position our services as the solution.
  • Deal Closure: Present proposals, handle objections regarding pricing/scope, and close new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) contracts.
  • Relationship Management: Work closely with our accounting team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

What We Are Looking For

  • The B2B Track Record: 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience. Experience selling professional services (accounting, legal, SaaS, or consulting) is a massive plus.
  • Financial Literacy: You don’t need to be a CPA, but you must understand basic business finance concepts (the difference between bookkeeping, tax, and auditing) so you can speak intelligently to business owners.
  • The Hunter Mindset: You are resilient, love the thrill of chasing new business, and don’t get discouraged by a "no."
  • Excellent Communicator: Strong presentation and negotiation skills, whether over Zoom, phone, or in person.

Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED5,500.00 per month
