About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in reviewing architectural shop drawings, tender documentation, and construction details while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and approve architectural shop drawings for technical accuracy and constructability.
- Review tender drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior Design, and BIM teams to resolve technical issues.
- Identify design discrepancies and provide practical technical solutions.
- Review material submittals, RFIs, and technical submissions from contractors.
- Support project teams during construction by providing technical guidance.
- Ensure all architectural documentation meets company quality standards and project deadlines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Technical Architect role within a consultancy, fit-out, or construction environment.
- Strong experience reviewing shop drawings and tender documentation.
- Excellent knowledge of UAE building regulations and local authority requirements.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong understanding of construction detailing and building systems.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on high-end residential, commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects.
- Familiarity with BIM coordination and multidisciplinary project environments.
- UAE experience is highly preferred.
