Summary
We are seeking 5 experienced Relationship Managers to join its growing sales team in Downtown Dubai. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience with a real estate developer or brokerage, a proven track record in off-plan property sales, and successful UAE sales closings. This role is ideal for confident, well-presented professionals who excel at building long-term client relationships and closing high-value property transactions.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, investors, and business partners
- Promote and sell the company’s off-plan real estate projects
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
- Conduct property presentations, consultations, and site visits
- Guide clients through the entire sales journey, from inquiry to successful closing
- Negotiate sales agreements and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activities using the company’s CRM
- Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and competitor developments
- Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize client satisfaction and repeat business
Requirements
- Previous UAE experience with a Real Estate Developer or Brokerage is mandatory
- Proven off-plan property sales experience
- Demonstrated history of successful UAE property closings
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Professional, confident, and well-presented personality
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Immediate availability preferred

Pay: AED8,000.00 – AED10,000.00 per month
