Drawlines Consult is looking for Quantity Surveyor for a short-term assignment.
Project Duration: 6months (extendable)
Location: Lusail
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 -7 years of experience in construction/commercial management.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
- SAP system (Compulsory)
- Subcontractor invoice evaluation and processing
- Client invoice preparation and submission
- Interim payment applications and certification
- Variation Orders (VO)
- Maintaining the commercial logs
- Familiar with contractual procedures and project commercial administration.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in construction fit-out projects, particularly with Contractor /subcontractor.
- Knowledge of FIDIC contractual procedures is an advantage.
- Able to work in pressure situation.
