Team Member – Service Jobs in Al-Ayn at KNOT BAKEHOUSE
Knot Bakehouse is currently looking for energetic, customer-focused, and service-oriented Team Members to join our growing team in Al Ain.
This role will support the daily operations of the café across guest service, cashiering, and floor operations. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for hospitality and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages according to company standards
- Handle cashiering, billing, and POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Support daily café operations and coordinate with kitchen and barista teams
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns professionally
- Maintain good knowledge of menu items including pastries, desserts, beverages, and café offerings
- Follow hygiene, food safety, and operational standards at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience within cafés, restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, or hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent English communication skills is a must
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cashiering or POS experience is an advantage
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- UAE experience is preferred
- Candidates currently based in the UAE will be highly preferred
Preferred Background:
Candidates with experience in cafés, specialty coffee shops, bakeries, dessert cafés, or casual dining concepts will be highly considered.
