Team Leader – Thai National

A Team Leader is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Isaan Outlet, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining Hyatt service standards, and leading the service team to achieve operational excellence. The role also requires a passionate hospitality professional with strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and culture, particularly Isaan dining traditions.

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale restaurant.

• Previous supervisory experience is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of Thai cuisine and Isaan culture.

• Fluent in Thai and English.
