Role: Welding Foreman
Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE
Immediate joiners only (visit/cancelled status)
Job description:
- Supervise welding activities and directly carry out ARC, TIG, and MIG welding.
- Ensure compliance with welding quality standards, codes, and specifications during work execution.
- Follow and enforce approved Welding Procedure Specifications on site.
- Assign tasks while also supporting welders hands-on.
- Inspect and prepare welding materials, consumables, and equipment before use.
- Maintain and enforce safety practices, including proper PPE and hazard control.
- Set and adjust welding parameters such as current, voltage, and gas flow during operations.
- Perform and assist in visual inspection of welds to identify defects.
- Coordinate with QA/QC team and support inspection and NDT activities.
- Record daily welding activities, progress, and performance of the team.
Pay: AED2,500.00 – AED3,000.00 per month
