We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Team Leader to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BPO, telecalling, or sales-driven environments and a proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of telecallers or sales representatives
- Monitor daily performance and ensure team targets are achieved
- Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing training to improve productivity
- Handle escalations and support team members in resolving customer concerns
- Track KPIs and prepare performance reports
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Prior experience in BPO, telecalling, or sales environments
- Proven team handling and leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities
