Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and driven Real Estate Sales Agents to join our team on a fully commission-based structure. This role is ideal for self-starters who are confident in their sales abilities and eager to build a high-income career in real estate. There is no fixed salary; earnings are based entirely on successful transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and marketing activities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and/or commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and present listings to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers and close deals in a professional manner
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Previous sales or real estate experience is an advantage
- Knowledge of the local property market is a plus
- Valid driving license (preferred, depending on area)
