Job Purpose:
To support the execution of talent acquisition activities that align with the company’s hiring needs and workforce goals. This role helps in coordinating recruitment efforts, engaging with candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring process that contributes to a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key Accountabilities:
Assist in gathering hiring needs by coordinating with team members and hiring managers
Support the development and posting of job advertisements, ensuring they reflect role requirements and employer branding
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups, helping to manage multiple openings at various stages of the recruitment cycle
Track candidate progress and gather feedback to help improve recruitment processes
Maintain accurate recruitment records and support team members with documentation, scheduling, and candidate communication
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position.
