We are seeking an experienced and responsible (Garage Supervisor) to oversee daily operations in our automotive workshop. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, high-quality service and proper management of technicians and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily workshop activities
- Manage and support a team of technicians and mechanics
- Ensure all repair and maintenance work meets quality standards
- Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
- Handle customer inquiries and provide technical guidance when needed
- Maintain proper inventory of tools and spare parts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Prepare reports on workshop performance and productivity
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a (Garage Supervisor) or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Diploma or certification in Automotive Engineering or related field (preferred)
