Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure business activities run efficiently
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and improvement initiatives
- Monitor operational performance, productivity, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs effectively
- Coordinate with multiple departments to optimize workflows and business processes
- Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve organizational goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with process optimization and performance management is preferred
