Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient running.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, proper stock levels, storage, and housekeeping.
- Prepare material requisitions and purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery to projects.
- Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming supplies and arrange delivery to site.
- Coordinate material transfers between projects to optimize use and reduce wastage.
- Float RFQs, compare quotations, and process LPOs per company procedures.
