Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
-Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and achieve revenue targets.
– Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
– Progressively build clear competitive differentiation and identity for the business to be sustainable and scalable.
– Leverage digital technologies most appropriately and develop a natively digital education business mode
– Collaborate with executive leadership to align business development initiatives with company goals.
– Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in schools and universities
– Negotiate and close sales deals to meet revenue targets
– Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies
Market Research and Analysis:
– Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the EdTech industry.
– Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and identify potential areas for growth.
– Monitor industry developments and adjust strategies accordingly.
Partnership Development:
– Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships and alliances that align with the company’s goals.
– Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including educational institutions, technology partners, and industry organizations.

Requirements
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
