Responsibilities:
-Oversees preparation of desserts, other baked Items and sweets.
-Develops recipe and good in research for what is in demand in the market
-have knowledge of Inventory and Portioning
-Proven Baking skills
-achieve cost efficiency
-know Dubai Municipality Rules
-Strictly and strongly follows SOP and Company Protocols
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have 3 years experience in baking and F&B field
Punctual and reliable
Work with heart and loyalty
