We are having an urgent requirement for Electrical BIM Modelers who is available in UAE and can join on an immediate basis

Job Location : Dubai /KSA
Job Responsibilities
- Develop Building Information Model (BIM) for the MEP services.
- Develop 2D drawing based on the coordinated BIM.
- Sheet setup in Revit & Export 2D from 3D Model
- 3D modelling, drafting and detailing.
- Preparation of Shop drawings, IFC drawings of Power, Lighting, Central battery based Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV & Access Control System layout, etc.
- Preparation of the Single line diagram as per standards.
- Prepare bill of quantities.
- Coordination of MEP services.
- Design structured cabling system.
- Preparation of technical/project reports and documentation of the project.
Skill Sets Required
- BIM/Drafting Skill
- Communication Skill
Minimum Education Required: Diploma/Bachelor degree
Minimum Experience Required: 5- 7 years experience & 5+ years of minimum GCC experience
Software Knowledge: Revit, Navis work, AutoCAD
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
