Job Overview:

As an Arabic Institutional Sales Representative in the Forex and CFD industry, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with institutional clients, including banks, financial institutions, and large corporations. The role involves understanding the unique needs of institutional clients, promoting financial products, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and prospect institutional clients interested in Forex and CFD trading.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within institutions.

Provide personalized service to institutional clients, understanding their specific requirements.

Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet institutional sales targets.

Collaborate with the research and analysis teams to provide insights and market intelligence to institutional clients.

Product Promotion:

Promote Forex and CFD products and services tailored to the needs of institutional clients.

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of the offerings.

Market Research and Analysis:

Stay informed about market trends, economic indicators, and geopolitical events affecting Forex and CFD markets.

Collaboration with Cross- Functional Team:

Work closely with research, compliance, and client support teams to ensure a seamless experience for institutional clients.

Collaborate with the risk management team to address client concerns and ensure compliance with regulations.

Client Education:

Provide education and training to institutional clients on trading strategies, risk management, and market trends.

Conduct workshops or seminars to enhance clients’ understanding of Forex and CFD markets.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven experience in institutional sales, preferably in the Forex and CFD industry.

Knowledge of financial markets, trading platforms, and derivative instruments.

Skills:

Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Analytical mindset and the ability to provide tailored solutions.

Technology:

Proficiency in using CRM software, trading platforms, and other relevant tools.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all interactions with institutional clients.

Results-driven:

Ability to work towards and achieve institutional sales targets.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
