Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Mid-Level MEP Estimator with 3–5 years of experience in MEP estimation for building and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions while ensuring technical compliance and competitive pricing.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for MEP works.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate pricing.
- Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving solutions.
- Maintain estimation records and ensure timely submission of proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of experience in MEP estimation, preferably in the UAE.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and estimation software.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, BOQ preparation, and quantity take-offs.
- Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
