We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer / Site Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, supervising workers, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring project quality, and maintaining safety standards. You should be able to handle multiple tasks, solve problems on-site, and deliver work efficiently within the required timeline.
Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and construction work.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure all work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update project status.
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage site manpower and ensure smooth workflow.
- Identify and solve on-site issues efficiently.
- Monitor material usage and request required materials on time.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or related field).
- Proven experience as a Civil Engineer or Site Supervisor (min. 2–5 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- UAE experience and valid UAE driving license (preferred).
