Responsibilities and Duties:
- Marketing and selling the company’s real estate units (apartments, villas, off-plan projects).
- Welcoming clients (in-person, calls, WhatsApp) and responding to their inquiries.
- Explaining project details (location, prices, areas, payment systems).
- Tracking potential clients (Leads) and converting them into successful deals.
- Organizing site visits for clients to the projects.
- Negotiating with clients and closing deals.
- Entering and updating client data in the system (CRM).
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitoring sales procedures until signing and delivery.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance campaigns and attract clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferably in marketing, business administration, or a related field).
- Experience in real estate sales (preferably in property sales).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Familiarity with the Saudi real estate market (an additional advantage).
- Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
