Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Marketing and selling the company’s real estate units (apartments, villas, off-plan projects).
  • Welcoming clients (in-person, calls, WhatsApp) and responding to their inquiries.
  • Explaining project details (location, prices, areas, payment systems).
  • Tracking potential clients (Leads) and converting them into successful deals.
  • Organizing site visits for clients to the projects.
  • Negotiating with clients and closing deals.
  • Entering and updating client data in the system (CRM).
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Monitoring sales procedures until signing and delivery.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to enhance campaigns and attract clients.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma (preferably in marketing, business administration, or a related field).
  • Experience in real estate sales (preferably in property sales).
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi real estate market (an additional advantage).
  • Proficient in using computers and CRM software.
