Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with families, offering guidance and education on infant health and treatment options.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to enhance patient care coordination and outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of neonatal advancements and best practices through continuous learning.

Requirements

• Medical degree with valid licensure as a Specialist Neonatologist.
• Extensive experience in neonatology with a focus on managing complex neonatal conditions.
• In-depth understanding of neonatal care principles, protocols, and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with families and healthcare teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a diverse caseload with precision and compassion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to address challenging clinical scenarios.
• Preferably board-certified or completed fellowship training in Neonatology.
• Prior experience in a high-acuity neonatal care unit is highly valued.
• Familiarity with advanced neonatal resuscitation techniques and protocols.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
