About the role:
Our client, a leading global biotechnology company, is looking to hire a contract operations manager. He/she will oversee the end-to-end contract lifecycle process, ensuring agreements are compliant, efficiently managed, and aligned with business objectives across international partner markets (IPM).
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, executing, and archiving contracts and related documents.
- Coordinate contract workflows and approvals with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure contracts comply with company policies, SOPs, and governance requirements.
- Provide guidance on contract management processes and contractual obligations.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks while supporting business objectives.
- Maintain accurate contract databases, trackers, and document repositories.
- Monitor contract milestones, obligations, and deadlines to ensure timely execution and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, legal studies, life sciences, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in contract management, preferably within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industry.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, review, and lifecycle management.
- Excellent project management, process improvement, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
