We are looking for a creative, energetic, and self-motivated Social Media & Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about creating engaging content, shooting videos, editing reels, and managing our social media presence across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Plan, create, and execute engaging content ideas aligned with our brand.
- Shoot high-quality photos and videos at office spaces, business centers, client locations, and company events.
- Create educational, promotional, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
Video Production & Editing
- Capture professional-quality videos using a smartphone or camera.
- Edit short-form videos and reels for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and branding elements.
- Deliver daily, high-quality content optimized for each platform.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain all company social media accounts.
- Schedule and publish content consistently across platforms.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action.
- Monitor comments and messages, escalating enquiries to the relevant team when required.
- Track content performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.
Brand Development
- Ensure all content follows Biz Expert’s brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Work closely with the management team to promote new services, campaigns, and events.
- Assist in building the personal brand of the company’s founder through professional content.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, videography, or digital marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong mobile videography and photography skills.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent English communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Highly creative with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Create and publish 15–20 high-quality reels/videos per month.
- Capture office inventory and business-related content on a regular basis.
- Publish daily content across all social media platforms.
- Maintain a consistent content calendar.
- Increase social media engagement and follower growth.
- Improve reach, views, and qualified enquiries generated through social media.
Preferred Experience
Experience in real estate, business setup, corporate services, hospitality, or lifestyle content creation will be an added advantage.
