Seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for external projects.
A real estate development and investment company announces its need for a Site Supervisor to be part of the work team.
### Responsibilities
* Daily supervision and monitoring of operations at external sites related to the company.
* Monitoring workforce and ensuring tasks are executed according to established instructions and plans.
* Coordination with management, supervisors, and contractors to ensure efficient workflow.
* Monitoring site needs for materials, equipment, and supplies and raising requests for requirements.
* Ensuring compliance with attendance, safety, and organizational instructions at the sites.
* Monitoring the quality of work and reporting any observations or issues promptly.
* Preparing regular reports on site conditions and executed works.
* Addressing field issues and escalating cases requiring administrative intervention.
* Ensuring compliance with safety procedures and site-specific instructions.
* Performing any other tasks related to the nature of work.
### Requirements
* Relevant qualification.
* Previous experience in field supervision or site monitoring.
* Ability to manage and monitor workforce at external sites.
* Good communication, monitoring, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work in the field and move between sites.
* Commitment, discipline, and responsibility.
* Experience in the real estate development sector or contracting is preferred.
