Site Quantity Surveyor Jobs in Dubai at GTS Carpets & Furnishing LLC
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings & on-site dimensions.
- Conduct site measurement to take quantities / As built sizes.
- Assist in preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
- Compare site quantities with BOQ
- Support cost estimation and budgeting
- Maintain quantity and cost tracking sheets
- Verify subcontractor invoices and claims
- Measure and evaluate variations (change orders)
- Collaborate with Admin Maintain project documentation and reports
- Take site measurements of completed work
- Conduct joint measurements with subcontractors
- Verify work progress for billing purpose.
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors
- Ensure work follows approved drawings and specifications
- Report discrepancies between drawings and site conditions
- Track material usage and deliveries
- Monitor project progress against planned schedule
- Report delays, shortages, and site issues
- Support communication between site and office teams
- Assist in overall cost control and project coordination
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2-3 Years experience in Quantity surveying/Site QS.
- UAE-Driving License valid one.
- Should be a Team player with a flexible approach.
- Will have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
