Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and fashion-forward Sales Coordinator to join our team in Al Rayyan. This role is perfect for someone who combines a passion for fashion with strong organizational and sales support skills. You will play a key role in coordinating sales activities, supporting client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales operations and support the sales team in achieving targets
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups with professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory, and client data
- Assist in visual merchandising coordination and product displays
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams to support promotions and campaigns
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory teams to ensure availability
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in retail, fashion sales, or sales coordination is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for fashion trends and retail industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Visual merchandising knowledge
- Social media awareness for fashion promotions
- Multilingual communication skills are an advantage
