Site Engineer – Fit Out Jobs in Dubai at THE CODE DESIGN AND FIT-OUT
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer with strong experience as Fit-out Engineer. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and government regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, clients, design, and internal teams
- Prepare and review method statements, work schedules, and progress reports weekly (Mandatory)
- Monitor project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Conduct site inspections, resolve technical issues, and ensure quality control
- Assist in material approvals, procurement follow-up, and cost monitoring and operations
- Maintain regular coordination with the Project Manager and Director regarding project updates.
- Identify and mitigate risks to avoid delays or rework
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3-5 Years of experience in UAE
- Valid UAE Driving License – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, authority regulations in UAE
- Excellent communication and site coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
