SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join a leading healthcare provider in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide specialized surgical care for patients with diseases affecting the heart, lungs, esophagus, and other structures within the chest. This role requires advanced surgical expertise, strong clinical decision-making, and a commitment to delivering world-class patient care in a multidisciplinary environment.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced consultant holding UK CCT or an equivalent internationally recognized Board Certification in Cardiothoracic Surgery.

Requirements

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
• Completion of specialist training in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• 
  UK CCT in Cardiothoracic Surgery or an equivalent internationally recognized Board Certification.
• Fellowship training or advanced expertise in cardiac surgery, thoracic surgery, or a related subspecialty is preferred.
• Eligibility for or possession of the relevant UAE health authority license (DHA, DOH, or MOH, depending on the location).
• Minimum of 5 years of post-CCT/Board Certification experience as a Consultant Cardiothoracic Surgeon.
• Proven experience in complex cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.
• Strong surgical skills, clinical judgment, and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
