We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing suppliers, and ensuring the timely purchase and delivery of materials while maintaining cost efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Location: Abu Dhabi
Salary: AED 8,000 per month (all-inclusive)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement processes, including purchase orders and supplier coordination.
- Identify and source reliable suppliers and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of required materials.
- Maintain accurate procurement records, purchase documentation, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes and supplier management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement systems.
- A UAE driving license is preferred.
