Position: Service Advisor x2 Jobs Al FuttaimCareers

Responsibilities:

Delegating anddirecting service tasks, monitoring the progress of currentprojects, and managing service team members to ensure theteam’s objectives and sales goals aremet.

Handling customer complaints or concernsquickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationshipsand ensure repeat customers.

Assisting with orperforming administrative tasks, such as managing and updatinginvoices, processing new orders, and trackinginventory.

Setting up and maintaining a servicedesk and evaluating its efficiency.

Resolvingservice desk problems and improving service methods to increase theservice desk’s productivity and customerservice.

Monitoring department issues andclient complaints to create methods to lessen recurringissues.

Auditing work and customer service toensure the company’s high standards, efficiency, andproductivity goals are met.

Maintaining strongrelationships with manufacturers, dealers, and salesrepresentatives.

Helping to train new employeesin company procedures.

Maintaining a strongworking knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions, and laws,ensuring the company’s adherence to these regulations, andremaining current on the industry’s standards and newinnovations, materials, tools, andprocesses.
