Reservations Agent

The Role:

• Report to the Reservations Manager, supporting the reservation process efficiently.
• Handle internal and external booking inquiries, ensuring all reservations are efficiently processed.
• Provide professional and timely responses to guest emails and phone inquiries.
• Maintain and update the guest database, ensuring accurate information is recorded.
• Promote Tattu’s offerings, keeping guests informed about upcoming events and experiences.
• Maintain close coordination with the service team, ensuring all guest requests are met.
• Assist in analyzing reservation data, helping the team optimize bookings and availability.
• Support the Reservations Manager in any administrative duties related to booking systems.
