DRAWLINES ENGINEERING CONSULT is looking for Supervisor – Rigging (Oil & Gas) in Doha-Qatar
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of significant experience in rigging and lifting operations within Oil & Gas Brownfield Projects.
- Mandatory prior experience in QE-LNG Projects.
- Strong knowledge of lifting plans, rigging practices, crane operations, and load handling procedures.
- Familiarity with industry safety standards, lifting regulations, and permit-to-work systems.
- Relevant rigging/lifting certifications will be an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all rigging and lifting activities at the project site.
- Ensure lifting operations are executed safely and in compliance with approved lifting plans and procedures.
- Monitor rigging crews, equipment, and work progress to achieve project schedules.
- Conduct pre-lift inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with construction, HSE, and client representatives to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
- Prepare and review daily reports and support project close-out activities.
