Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator / Document Controller to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for document control, preparing quotations, handling client communications, and providing direct support to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage, organize, and maintain company documents and records
  • Prepare accurate quotations based on client requirements
  • Respond to all incoming inquiries and emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate, schedule, and prepare meetings for the General Manager
  • Provide full administrative support to the General Manager
  • Communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure all documentation is properly tracked and updated

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in document control, administration, or similar role
  • Must have prior work experience in the UAE
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong email handling and professional correspondence skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in preparing quotations
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Professional attitude and strong work ethic
