Safety Engineer – Short-Term Project (Qatar)
Location: Lusail, Qatar
Duration: 12 Days (Extendable)
Working Hours: 10 Hours/Day
Job Requirements:
- Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, road, or civil construction projects with strong knowledge of site safety requirements.
- Valid NEBOSH, OSHA, or equivalent HSE certification.
- Experience in conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits.
- Strong understanding of construction safety activities including excavation, lifting operations, work at height, traffic management, and temporary works.
- Experience in preparing HSE reports, incident reports, and safety documentation.
- Good communication skills with the ability to coordinate with site teams, contractors, and client representatives.
- Knowledge of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), Toolbox Talks (TBT), and hazard identification procedures.
- Previous experience in Qatar infrastructure projects or Ashghal (PWA) projects will be an advantage.
Candidates with Qatar infrastructure project experience are highly preferred.
