Turki Bin Thabit Trading & Contracting Co. W.L.L. is looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to join our team for industrial construction projects in Ras Laffan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all scaffolding erection, modification, and dismantling activities.
- Ensure scaffolding works comply with approved standards and site safety requirements.
- Inspect scaffolds before use and authorize them for safe operation.
- Coordinate with site engineers, HSE personnel, and work crews.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements and Qatar HSE regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks and monitor safe work practices.
- Maintain scaffolding inspection records and documentation.
Requirements:
✔ Valid CISRS Scaffolding Supervisor Certificate (Mandatory)
✔ Maximum 6 years of relevant experience
✔ Experience in industrial construction projects
✔ Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and inspection procedures
✔ Ability to read scaffolding drawings and method statements
✔ Good communication and leadership skills
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
✔ Local Hire Only (Qatar)
