Job Description:
Our company is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
- Perform general administrative tasks including filing, typing, printing, photocopying, scanning, binding, and document organization.
- Handle professional communication through phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Assist the team with daily administrative activities and coordination.
- Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information when required.
- Maintain proper records and support documentation processes.
- Contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
- Provide customer service support when required.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Experience in customer service is an advantage.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred.
