Job Description:

Our company is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
  • Perform general administrative tasks including filing, typing, printing, photocopying, scanning, binding, and document organization.
  • Handle professional communication through phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Assist the team with daily administrative activities and coordination.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information when required.
  • Maintain proper records and support documentation processes.
  • Contribute to team objectives by completing assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Provide customer service support when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Experience in customer service is an advantage.
  • Previous administrative experience is preferred.
