Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive role based in Dubai.
Experience:
- UAE Real Estate Developer experience is mandatory.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or client relationship management.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Systems: Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP and Yardi systems is required. Experience with other CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho will be an added advantage.
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, with the ability to maintain accurate customer records.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and manage customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain customer relationships.
- Update and maintain customer data in Odoo and Yardi systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company processes.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
