Location: Saudi Arabia (Eastern Province – AL Khobar)
Job Role
The MEP Projects Sales Manager drives revenue growth by helping MAC to secure MEP contracting and engineering packages for commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia. This role requires a blend of technical engineering expertise, strong negotiation skills, active network of contractors, consultants, and developers in addition to hands on managerial skills and leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Pipeline Management
- Lead the MEP Projects sales team members and provide required support and directions to help them achieve individual and collective team sales targets.
- Develop divisional sales plans and milestones that align with MACs strategic plan and long-term objectives.
- Identify and secure MEP feasible contracts in commercial, residential, and infrastructure projects.
- Build relationships with local developers, main contractors, and consulting firms.
- Qualify project leads to ensure alignment with the company’s technical capability and capacity.
2. Tendering & Technical Estimation
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Office team members to generate and offer competitive sales proposals.
- Present technical solutions to clients, addressing value engineering options to optimize costs.
3. Commercial Negotiation & Closing
- Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and final pricing agreements.
- Navigate sales Process cycles from initial negotiation & pre-qualification to final contract signing.
- Ensure risk mitigation by reviewing contract clauses relative to local Saudi construction laws, rules & regulations.
4. Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming government development pipelines.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant Saudi building solutions codes and regulatory changes.
Education & Professional Background
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Active Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) is highly preferred
