About the role
We are seeking a passionate and engaging associate instructor to deliver high-quality training, facilitate learning, and guide student outcomes across a variety of courses and programmes. This role requires a strong blend of teaching ability, industry knowledge, and interpersonal skills to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
The successful candidate will contribute to both academic delivery and broader programme activities, including stakeholder engagement and market outreach.

About the requirements
Training delivery & classroom management – Deliver approved course content across assigned classes, courses, and seminars in line with company standards. Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student engagement.
Student management & support – Manage student attendance, assessments, grading, and academic documentation. Address student concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
Programme support & engagement – Liaise with internal and external stakeholders for operational and academic requirements. Participate in internal training sessions and educational meetings.
External representation & business support – Represent the organisation at industry events, forums, and panel discussions. Support educational marketing and market development initiatives. Assist with exhibitions, trade shows, and special projects as required.
Flexibility & travel – Travel as required to deliver training across UAE.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 3+ years of relevant trade or industry experience. Graduate Gemologist (GG) diploma is preferred.
- Teaching, training, or mentoring experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a culturally diverse environment and foster inclusivity.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Arabic language skills are preferred.
