Job Description
-Lead business development and sales activities for the firm, with primary responsibility for generating new clients, increasing revenue, and expanding the firm's corporate client portfolio.
-Develop and execute sales strategies targeting companies, business owners, investors, SMEs, and key decision-makers requiring legal, corporate, compliance, and related professional services.
-Own and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting through client meetings, proposals, negotiations, closing, and ongoing account development.
-Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and referral network while consistently achieving monthly and annual revenue targets and identifying opportunities for cross-selling legal services.
