Amore Learning School is an online education platform offering CBSE, IGCSE, and skill-based programs for KG to Grade 8 students. We are expanding our digital presence and looking for a dynamic Sales Manager & Business Partner to lead our growth strategy and strengthen our market presence.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, result-oriented, and leadership-driven Sales Manager & Business Partner who can manage admissions growth, lead sales operations, develop strategic partnerships, and contribute to the long-term business expansion of our online school.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement overall sales and business growth strategies
- Lead student admissions and conversion strategies
- Build strong partnerships with schools, educational consultants, and business networks
- Manage sales team and coordinate with admission counselors
- Oversee digital lead generation, follow-ups, and conversion processes
- Strengthen brand visibility across UAE, India, and international markets
- Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams for business promotions
- Analyze sales performance metrics and improve ROI
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion channels
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or educational management
- Strong leadership and commanding communication skills
- Experience in education sector / online schooling / EdTech is highly preferred
- Strong understanding of admissions, sales closing, and client relationship management
- Ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets
- Familiarity with UAE education market is an added advantage
