Job Description:
We are seeking a Jewellery Sales & Store Assistant to maintain our showroom and assist customers. Responsibilities include keeping the store and items clean, showcasing jewellery, explaining product details, and calculating price and weight.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain and clean jewellery items and showroom displays
· Assist customers by showcasing products and explaining details
· Calculate jewellery weight, price, and applicable taxes
· Handle customer inquiries and provide guidance
· Ensure proper storage and organization of precious items
· Support sales staff and coordinate with dispatch/billing teams
Requirements:
· Experience in retail, jewellery, or customer service preferred
· Knowledge of gold, silver, and diamond jewellery is a plus
· Strong communication and customer-handling skills
· Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness
· Basic math skills for calculating prices and weights
