Sales Executive (Real Estate) Jobs in Dubai at Brickhouse Properties LLC
We are seeking a driven and persuasive Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients — particularly the NRI investor community — through the purchase of off plan residential properties across prime UAE developments.
You will play a key role in building long-term client relationships, understanding their investment objectives, and closing deals that align with their goals. This is a high-earning, high-growth opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively prospect, qualify, and convert leads into off plan property sales
- Present and pitch new development projects with confidence and clarity
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of HNI and NRI clients
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and developer presentations
- Negotiate terms and guide clients through the full sales process from inquiry to booking
- Stay updated on UAE real estate market trends, developer launches, and payment plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads promptly
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven sales experience in UAE real estate (off plan experience strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals independently
- Strong understanding of off plan project structures, payment plans, and ROI conversations
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; fluency in Hindi, Kannada, and Tamil languages is preferred.
