Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Derivatives Dealer to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trading CFDs, Forex, and derivatives, with proven experience in risk management, market analysis, and execution. This position requires proficiency in various trading platforms and a deep understanding of financial markets.
As a Senior Dealer, you will be responsible for managing trading strategies, executing orders, and optimizing market positions while effectively managing risk. Your expertise in utilizing platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, Xcore by PrimeXM, Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters, and Ternfore Specialist will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of trades and achieving the company’s financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute trades in CFDs, Forex, and other derivatives while ensuring minimal slippage and maximum profitability.
Develop and implement trading strategies to maximize returns and mitigate risks.
Monitor and analyze market conditions, trends, and news to make informed trading decisions.
Utilize trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, and Xcore by PrimeXM for execution and strategy development.
Proactively manage risk exposure by utilizing hedging techniques, position sizing, and stop-loss strategies.
Provide real-time market updates, insights, and recommendations to the trading team and senior management.
Use Bloomberg Terminal and Reuters for market data, financial analysis, and news to assist in decision-making.
Collaborate closely with the risk management team to ensure compliance with trading limits, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the development and execution of risk management strategies to protect the firm’s capital.
Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in executing trades and managing positions.
Stay up to date with financial market developments and trends, especially in CFDs and Forex.
Monitor and manage margin levels, ensuring positions are adequately funded and meet margin requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
Senior-level experience as a derivatives dealer, with a strong focus on CFDs, Forex, and risk management.
Proven experience in managing and executing trades in a fast-paced, high-volume trading environment.
Proficiency in trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, cTrader, Xcore by PrimeXM.
Experience using Bloomberg Terminal, Reuters, and other financial tools for market analysis and decision-making.
Deep understanding of derivatives, forex trading, and CFD instruments.
Strong knowledge of market analysis, including technical and fundamental factors that impact the trading environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage risk effectively, using risk management tools and techniques.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, ever-changing market.
