Civil Site Engineer Jobs in Doha at People Dynamics
Strong experience in civil construction and infrastructure works, including site execution, supervision of daily activities, coordination with site teams, preparation of RFIs, progress reports, and ensuring that all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, QA/QC requirements, HSE standards, and project schedule.
The candidate should have good experience in infrastructure works, including excavation, pipe laying, bedding, backfilling, compaction, sewer networks, wet and dry utilities, roadworks, manholes, chambers, and related civil works.
The main responsibilities will include monitoring all civil and infrastructure activities at site, managing manpower, equipment, and subcontractors, coordinating with surveyors, foremen, supervisors, QA/QC team, and consultant/client inspectors, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, following up material availability and site requirements, and maintaining proper site records and inspection documents.
The candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, good communication and coordination skills, good knowledge of QA/QC procedures, RFIs, inspections, site documentation, and HSE requirements. Good computer skills, including MS Office, are required, and AutoCAD knowledge will be an advantage.
