Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new leads through various channels, including calls, referrals, networking, and digital platforms.
- Identify clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Promote and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
- Conduct property viewings and provide clients with accurate information regarding properties, prices, locations, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the sales process until completion.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospective clients to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market, property developments, pricing trends, and regulations.
- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure a smooth transaction process.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate sales, property sales, or a related sales role is preferred.
- Candidates with strong sales experience and a proven track record may also be considered.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real estate market is an advantage.
- English communication skills are required; additional languages are an advantage.
