Job Description:
We’re seeking an ambitious and driven Real Estate Sales Professional to join our expanding team in Audhabi! As a Real Estate Sales Professional, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the process of buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing expert guidance and exceptional service.
Key Accountabilities:
– Facilitate property transactions for residential and commercial clients in Dubai
– Offer expert insights on market trends, property valuations, and investment opportunities
– Showcase properties to clients and provide detailed information on available listings
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
– Identify new business opportunities and manage your client portfolio
– Negotiate agreements and support the transaction process
– Stay current with market developments, trends, and regulatory changes
Requirements:
– Proven track record in real estate sales or a similar role (2-3 years preferred)
– In-depth knowledge of Abudhabi real estate market and regulatory framework
– Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
– Fluency in English (additional languages a plus)
