Public Relation Officer (PRO)-Saudi Arabia Jobs in الرياض at Aeris Stream Copper Manufacturing LLC
We are looking for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) / Government Relations Officer (GRO).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all government-related transactions and official procedures.
- Liaise with government authorities, ministries, municipalities, Chamber of Commerce and other regulatory bodies.
- Manage employee visa, work permit, Iqama, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry and final exit procedures.
- Manage and update company and employee records through Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher Business, GOSI, Mudad, MOFA, Chamber of Commerce and other relevant government portals.
- Follow up on company licenses, registrations, permits and renewals.
- Support HR with employee onboarding, transfers, cancellations and other government-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, immigration regulations and applicable government requirements.
- Coordinate with government offices and represent the company professionally when required.
- Maintain accurate records of all government transactions and provide regular updates to management.
- Keep up to date with changes in Saudi regulations and government procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of PRO/GRO experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, industrial, metals, engineering, construction or similar environment is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi government procedures and regulations.
- Hands-on experience with Qiwa, Muqeem, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, MOFA and Chamber of Commerce.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and immigration procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
- Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
