Job Title: Automobile Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles, achieving sales targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through walk-in customers, referrals, social media, and online inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
- Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
- Explain vehicle features, specifications, pricing, financing options, and warranty coverage.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance teams to facilitate vehicle financing and approvals.
- Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and necessary documentation.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales or a similar sales role.
- Fluent in Hindi and English
- Ability to speak Tamil or Malayalam is an advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Knowledge of vehicle financing and insurance products is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred).
